Lemon Meringue Pie
Friday, April 23, 2010 at 9:25AM This was my first lemon meringue pie, but certainly not my last. Next time I will make the lemon curd myself as the one I chose (Tipree) was not made for pie making I fear (it tasted great, but didn't set in a nice pie-like way). I took it to a cozy dinner at a friends house just on the wooden board like this. Although it's a pie, it feels light... which means you can have a second helping! This was from Tamazin Day-Lewis' Kitchen Bible.
