Fortnum & Mason

Possibly my favourite store on earth, the London emporium of all things culinary and extraordinary, Fortnum & Mason, is a feast for the senses. Everything in this store is exquisite and when I visited it in September of last year on my trip back home to London, I spent the best part of 4 hours inside buying beautiful tins of biscuits, chocolate coffins for Halloween and hand stitched Christmas candy canes. Oh joy! To top off the experience for me, as if all of the above were not enough, the window displays were out of this world and themed around the seaside - another of my all time favourtie subjects having grown up in a seaside resort. Each window a different seaside moment with Fortnum & Mason products nestled amongst the display.

A combination of gorgeous biscuits, giant ice cream cones and carousel horses makes for a happy Miranda. I hope you like them too. Fortnum & Mason site.
