Sweet Baby Cap

Here is a little baby hat for my friend I've just finished. Small things are fun to make because you finish them so quickly! This is a really fun little pattern called Sweet Baby Cap, you can find the pattern here. I found the pattern really difficult to follow, not because the knitting is hard, but the translation from Norwegian leaves some room for interpretation (or at least intuitive knitting knowledge!), so I had to 'phone a knitting friend' a couple of times to figure it out. I'm going to write up the pattern here shortly so that it's a little clearer for anyone who wants to make a sweet baby cap themselves. The stripey pattern is my addition to the pattern :) I hope this keeps a little head warm this Winter!
